His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), presided over a seminar to disseminate the Royal Government’s Legal Reform Program at Norton University.
On the morning of Friday, 8 May 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by H.E. Pen Bunchea and H.E. Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretaries-General of the LRC, along with all legal experts and staff members of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, participated in the seminar on disseminating the Royal Government’s Legal Reform Program at Norton University.
The seminar was chaired by His Excellency LY Chantola and H.E. Yin Sopheap, Head of the Law Department of Norton University, representing the Rector of the university.
