H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a consultation meeting with the delegation of the British Embassy on the reports concerning the Oversight Mechanism for Strengthening Regulatory Impact Assessment Architecture in Cambodia and the Legal Framework for Regulatory Impact Assessment in Cambodia.

H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a consultation meeting with the delegation of the British Embassy on the reports concerning the Oversight Mechanism for Strengthening Regulatory Impact Assessment Architecture in Cambodia and the Legal Framework for Regulatory Impact Assessment in Cambodia.

On the morning of Thursday, 7 May 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, and three legal experts of the LRC, attended the final consultation meeting with the delegation of the British Embassy on the reports concerning the Oversight Mechanism for Strengthening Regulatory Impact Assessment Architecture in Cambodia and the Legal Framework for Regulatory Impact Assessment in Cambodia.
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Pich Sokha, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Project Director of the Regulatory Impact Assessment Project. The meeting was attended by Their Excellencies, relevant stakeholders, and many relevant stakeholders from the Council of Jurists, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, and the Office of the Council of Ministers.
