H.E. Ly Chandtola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a restricted meeting to review and discuss the conceptual framework for building the integrity of Cambodia’s legal system.
On the afternoon of Wednesday April 22, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chandtola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), presided over the meeting. The meeting was also attended by H.E. Dr. Sea Mao, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists, along with legal experts from the LRC and officials from the Secretariat of the Committee for Legal Reform.
The purpose of this restricted meeting was to review and discuss the conceptual framework for building the integrity of Cambodia’s legal system.
