His Excellency Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned His Excellency Som Kuthea, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend the chanting ceremony to celebrate the Khmer Traditional New Year (2026)
On the morning of Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned His Excellency Som Kunthea, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by legal experts from the LRC Secretariat, to attend the chanting ceremony celebrating the Khmer Traditional New Year (2026), under the high presidency of His Excellency Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
This ceremony was organized to celebrate the Khmer Traditional New Year. The event was attended by leaders and officials of all levels from the Office of the Council of Ministers.
