H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. DIN Siden, Legal Specialist of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to participate as a speaker and deliver a presentation at the “Reform Forum on Enhancing Governance in Public Administration.”
On the morning of Friday, 3 April 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC and Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, assigned Mr. DIN Siden, Legal Specialist of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to participate as a speaker and deliver a presentation at the “Reform Forum on Enhancing Governance in Public Administration.”
The presentation was delivered under the theme: “Progress in Implementation and Achievements within the Framework of the Legal Reform Committee.”
The forum was held under the high presidency of Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and Permanent Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for Public Administration Reform.
The event was attended by representatives from ministries, specialized institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
