H.E. PEN Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the “Reform Forum on Enhancing Governance in Public Administration.”
On the morning of Friday, 3 April 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. PEN Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, representing H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC, accompanied by Mr. DIN Siden, Legal Specialist of the General Secretariat of the LRC; Mr. CHHIM Chanratanak, Director of the Department of Legal Advisory and Law Implementation Monitoring; Ms. LENG Chanphuong, Legal Specialist of the General Secretariat of the LRC; and Ms. PEN Linna, Legal Specialist of the General Secretariat of the LRC, attended and participated as speakers in the “Reform Forum on Enhancing Governance in Public Administration.” The forum was held under the high presidency of Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and Permanent Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for Public Administration Reform.
The event was attended by representatives from ministries, specialized institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
