His Excellency Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated His Excellency Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend a consultative workshop on the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment Guidelines for Cambodia.
On the morning of Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Phnom Penh, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC) and Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, delegated His Excellency Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Mr. Iep Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning, and legal consultants of the LRC, to attend a consultative workshop on the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment Guidelines for Cambodia.
The workshop was held under the high presidency of His Excellency Professor Dr. Chhem Kieth Rethy, Senior Minister in charge of special missions and Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council (ESCC), with participation from Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, and representatives from various general departments and specialized units. The purpose of this workshop was to gather input and feedback on the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment Guidelines for Cambodia.
