H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated LRC Legal Consultants Mr. Chan Dara Romain to Attend the Meeting on the Priority Digital Transformation Project of the Office of the Council of Ministers
On the morning of Monday, 30 March 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, assigned Mr. CHANDARA Romain, Legal Consultants of the LRC, to participate in the meeting on the Priority Digital Transformation Project of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Huy Vannak, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, with the participation of Their Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, representatives from the General Departments and affiliated units under the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The main purpose of the meeting was to expedite the implementation of work in line with the leadership’s direction, focusing on five digital transformation projects, namely: 1.Core Digital Infrastructure (General Department of Digital Transformation) 2.Civil Servants and Leadership Database System (General Department of Administration) 3.Document Workflow Management System (General Department of General Affairs) 4.Meeting Management System (General Department of Meetings and Reporting) 5.Document Database Management System (Legal Reform Committee) .
