On the afternoon of Thursday, March 26, 2026), at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Secretary of State, Deputy Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by experts from the LRC Secretariat, attended the 13th Plenary Meeting of the Cambodia–European Union Joint Committee (JC13).
The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Kan Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The event was attended by representatives from ministries, relevant institutions, and stakeholders, as well as international partners.
