H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. HUOR Pophithean, Legal Expert of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a restricted inter-ministerial meeting.
On the morning of Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. HUOR Pophithean, Legal Expert of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to attend the restricted inter-ministerial meeting under the presidency of H.E. Chhay Ruen, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss the request for approval to lead a delegation of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport to participate in an international transport and logistics forum, as well as the request for authorization to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Russian side.
