On the morning of Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the Hotel Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended as a guest speaker in a consultative discussion entitled “Advancing Good Regulatory Practice (GRP) Forward.”
