H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the opening Remark of the 2025 Annual Review Meeting on the Implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), Phase 4.
On the morning of Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the General Department of Taxation, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC, accompanied by H.E. PEN Bunchea, Deputy Secretary General of the LRC, attended the opening Remark of the 2025 Annual Review Meeting on the Implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), Phase 4.
The Remark was presided over by H.E. Ahkak Bundit Sopheacha Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance. This annual review meeting was organized to evaluate the progress of the PFMRP throughout 2025 and to set the future direction of work aimed at achieving the objectives of Phase 4: “Performance Accountability,” which is the ultimate goal of the Public Financial Management Reform Program.
