H.E. Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Neng Seyha, Legal Consultant of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the Establishment of a Coordination Committee for Cooperation between Ministries, Institutions, and Civil Society Organizations.
On the morning of Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Neng Seyha, Legal Consultant of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the Establishment of a Coordination Committee for Cooperation between Ministries, Institutions, and Civil Society Organizations.
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Dr. Academician Hing Thoraxy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers. It was attended by representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, and other concerned stakeholders.
