H.E. Ly Chan Tola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Steering Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Pech Sovanntharath, Assistant to H.E. the Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, together with Mr. Sok Pichbandith, Contracted Official of the LRC General Secretariat, to attend a workshop on “Corporate Governance and Performance Management of Public Enterprises” and a consultation workshop on the Draft Law on the Management of Public Enterprises.

On the morning of Thursday, 26 February 2026, at Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Center, H.E. Ly Chan Tola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Steering Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Pech Sovanntharath, Assistant to H.E. the Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, together with Mr. Sok Pichbandith, Contracted Official of the LRC General Secretariat, to attend a workshop on “Corporate Governance and Performance Management of Public Enterprises” and a consultation workshop on the Draft Law on the Management of Public Enterprises.
The workshop aimed to strengthen understanding and facilitate the exchange of views on the corporate governance framework, enhance efficiency and transparency in the management of public enterprises, and collect additional input to ensure that the draft law is comprehensive, appropriate, and responsive to current socio-economic development needs.
