H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. MEAK Seyha, Legal Consultant of the LRC, to participate in a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Law on the Suppression of Illegal Gambling.

On Thursday morning, 19 February 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, assigned Mr. MEAK Seyha, Legal Consultant of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Law on the Suppression of Illegal Gambling.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. SOK Pheng, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice-President and Chairman of Working Group 3 of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. NOV Baumorn, Deputy Chairman and Head of the First Working Group of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council. The meeting was attended by representatives from relevant ministries, specialized institutions, and concerned stakeholders.
