H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a meeting with Secretaries-General of the General Secretariats of ministries and institutions and/or Directors-General of General Departments in charge of administration, human resources, and finance to discuss strengthening cooperation in implementing the support functions of ministries and institutions.
On the afternoon of Thursday, 12 February 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by Mr. KOUY Stothsten, Deputy Director of the Department of Administration and Finance (LRC), attended the meeting with Secretaries-General of the General Secretariats of ministries and institutions and/or Directors-General of General Departments responsible for administration, human resources, and finance to discuss enhancing cooperation in carrying out the support functions of ministries and institutions. The meeting was presided over by H.E. YOUK Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service and Standing Deputy Chairman of the NC-PAR. It was attended by leaders and technical officials from all ministries and institutions.
