On the morning of Monday, 21 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Hour Popithean, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a technical meeting to review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on Procedures for Investment, Public Bidding or Negotiated Leasing, and Payment of Fishing Concession Fees.
The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Sok Pheng, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. Mam Sarith, Permanent Member and Head of Working Group 2 of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
The meeting aimed to discuss and provide input on the Draft Sub-Decree on Procedures for Investment, Public Bidding or Negotiated Leasing, and Payment of Fishing Concession Fees.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State, members of the Council of Jurists and the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, representatives of ministries and institutions, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and all relevant stakeholders.
