On the morning of Monday, 21 September 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Eab Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government, 7th Legislature of the National Assembly (NCPAR), presided over by H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service, and Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government, 7th Legislature of the National Assembly (NCPAR).
The meeting aimed to discuss and provide input on the draft roadmap to support the implementation of key measures to improve teaching services in public educational institutions, including preschool, primary, and secondary education.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State, members and representatives of ministries and institutions, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and all relevant stakeholders.
