On the afternoon of Monday, 21 September 2026, at the residence of the deceased, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, led a delegation to pay respects MR Luy Suon, father of H.E. Luy Son, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
On this occasion of profound sorrow, on behalf of the leadership, civil servants, legal experts, and staff of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), H.E. LY Chantola expressed deepest condolences and profound sympathy over the passing of the MR Luy Suon.
His passing represents a great loss of a loving husband, father, and grandfather who embodied compassion, generosity, and care toward his wife, children, grandchildren, relatives, and loved ones.
