On the afternoon of Wednesday, 24 September 2026, at the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchhea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the LRC, to preside over an internal meeting of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
The meeting was attended by H.E. Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, Directors and Deputy Directors of departments, legal experts, and officials of the Secretariat of the LRC.
