On the morning of Wednesday, 23 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Chandara Roman, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a restricted meeting to review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, under the chairmanship of H.E. Academician Hing Thoraxy, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office and Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting aimed to discuss and provide inputs on the Draft Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, members of the Council of Jurists, members of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
