On the afternoon of Tuesday, 25 August 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mrs. LENG Chanphuong and Mrs. PEN Linna, Legal Experts of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), to attend a consultation workshop for the preparation of a regulatory impact assessment report on the draft law on commercial contracts.
The consultation workshop also discussed the request to conduct interviews with representatives of the Legal Reform Committee in order to collect relevant inputs and comments to support the preparation of the regulatory impact assessment report on the above-mentioned draft law.
