On the afternoon of Wednesday, 5 August 2026, at the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired an internal meeting to review and discuss the Concept Paper on the Legislative Drafting Manual and the Conceptual Framework for Building a Rule of Law Culture.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Pen Bun Chea, together with Directors, Deputy Directors, legal experts, officials at all levels, and interns of the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Secretary-General, Directors, Deputy Directors, legal experts, and officials of the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee.
