On the morning of Friday, 24 July 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the Plenary Meeting of the Council of Ministers, presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The plenary meeting was convened to review and approve four agenda items:
The draft 2025 Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Report on the implementation of the Royal Government’s National Development Strategy for the Seventh Legislature of the National Assembly;
The Progress Report on the Water Resources Sector and measures to prepare for and respond to the El Niño phenomenon;
The Progress Report on the implementation of the campaign to combat online scams; and
Other matters.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as senior leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, provincial and municipal governors, commanders of all branches of the armed forces, and other relevant participants.
