On the morning of Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Commerce to review and discuss the proposal to amend Article 4 of Sub-Decree No. 42 ANKr.BK, dated 16 May 2002, on the Procedures and Organization of Chamber of Commerce Elections, under the review mechanism of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as leaders of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Ministry of Commerce, officials from the relevant technical departments, and other concerned stakeholders.
