On the morning of Friday, the 12th day of the waxing moon of Ashadha, Year of the Horse, Buddhist Era 2570, corresponding to 26 June 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the Plenary Session of the Council of Ministers under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The plenary session was convened to review and approve the following agenda items:
Progress report on the tourism sector and the promotion of the “Visit Cambodia in the Green Season” campaign;
Draft National Action Plan on the Prevention of Violence Against Women (2025–2030);
Draft Law on the Approval of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s Accession to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment;
Draft Law on the Approval of the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Mutual Recognition Arrangements;
Draft Law on the Approval of the ASEAN Sectoral Mutual Recognition Arrangement for Building and Construction Materials;
Draft Law on the Approval of the ASEAN Sectoral Mutual Recognition Arrangement for Automotive Product Type Approval; and
Other matters.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as senior leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, provincial and municipal governors, and representatives of all branches of the armed forces.
