On the morning of 16 June 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Ly Chandola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Huor Pophearith, Legal Expert of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Law on the Ratification of the Accession of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Cheang Vannarith, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, as well as representatives of relevant ministries, institutions, and stakeholders.
