H.E LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), appointed His Excellency Som Kontha, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a dissemination and orientation meeting on the preparation of innovation capacity development projects and the establishment of clear indicators that address the actual challenges faced by each institution.
On the morning of Wednesday,May 27, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), appointed H.E Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, accompanied by Mr. Kuy Skohsten, Deputy Director of the Administration and Finance Department of the LRC, and legal experts from the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a dissemination and orientation meeting on the preparation of innovation capacity development projects and the establishment of clear indicators that address the actual challenges faced by each institution.
The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Chhem Kieth Rethy, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council. The meeting was organized with the objective of disseminating and providing guidance on the preparation of innovation capacity development projects and the formulation of clear indicators that effectively respond to the real challenges encountered within each institution.
The meeting was attended by Their Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, leaders, officials from ministries and institutions, and all relevant stakeholders.
