គណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការកែទម្រង់ច្បាប់ The Legal Reform Committee

H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), as a representative of the Royal Government, attended the defense of two draft laws, namely: I. Draft Law on Military Service Obligation; and II. Draft Law on the Approval of the Payment Guarantee of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Viet Nam Electricity of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for the purchase of electricity from Viet Nam. The defense took place during the Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the 7th Legislature.

H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), as a representative of the Royal Government, attended the defense of two draft laws, namely:
I. Draft Law on Military Service Obligation; and
II. Draft Law on the Approval of the Payment Guarantee of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Viet Nam Electricity of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for the purchase of electricity from Viet Nam.
The defense took place during the Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the 7th Legislature.

On the morning of Tuesday, 12 May 2026, at the National Assembly Palace, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC, in his capacity as a representative of the Royal Government of Cambodia, attended the defense of the two draft laws listed above.
The Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the 7th Legislature was held under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Rathsaphea Thikadei KHUON Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of 114 members of the National Assembly.
