H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), a meeting of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
On the afternoon of Friday, 8 May 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC and Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, accompanied by H.E. Pen Bunchea, meeting of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
The meeting discussed four agenda items, including:
1. Report on the progress of the implementation of the performance-based incentive system in public administration;
2. Draft Sub-Decree on the Implementation of Guidelines on Position Classification and Job Description;
3. Draft Sub-Decree on the Network of Secretaries General of Ministries and Institutions under the Executive Branch; and
4. Draft Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
The meeting was held under the high presidency of H.E. HUN Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and Permanent Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform.
The meeting was attended by representatives from ministries, specialized institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
