H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Hour Popithan to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft law on the approval for the Kingdom of Cambodia to accede to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocol relating to matters specific to aircraft equipment.

H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Hour Popithan to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft law on the approval for the Kingdom of Cambodia to accede to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocol relating to matters specific to aircraft equipment.

On the morning of Monday, May 4, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, assigned Mr. Hour Popithan, Legal Consultant of the LRC, to participate in a meeting to review and discuss the draft law on the approval for the Kingdom of Cambodia to accede to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocol relating to matters specific to aircraft equipment.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
The meeting was also attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
