On the morning of Thursday, to April 23, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the plenary meeting of the Council of Ministers under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The plenary meeting aimed to review and approve five agenda items, including:

1. Draft Law on Military Service

2. Draft Medium-Term Public Financial Framework for 2027–2029

3. Draft Law on the Three-Year Rolling Public Investment Program for 2027–2029

4. Draft National Policy on Mine Action for 2026–2035

5. Report on the implementation of intervention measures to assist former migrant workers returning from Thailand

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and distinguished leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
