Signing Ceremony for the Handover and Acceptance upon Completion of the Renovation Project of the Friendship Building at the Office of the Council of Ministers
On the morning of Friday, 27 March 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. PEN Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General (LRC), and H.E. SOM Kontha, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Secretary-General (LRC), accompanied by Mr. CHHIM Chanratanak, Director of the Department of Legal Advisory and Law Implementation Monitoring, and Mr. IEP Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning (General Secretariat of the LRC), attended the signing ceremony for the handover and acceptance upon completion of the renovation project of the Friendship Building of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The ceremony was held under the high presidency of H.E. VONGSY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and H.E. WANG Wenbin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia.
The ceremony was attended by senior leaders and officials of the Office of the Council of Ministers, as well as leaders of the Embassy of China in Cambodia.
