H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. Meak Seyha, Legal Consultant of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a preparatory committee meeting for the organization of the annual conference to review the 2025 work results and to set out the work directions for 2026 of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
On the morning of Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Friendship Building, Hall A, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Meak Seyha, Legal Consultant of the General Secretariat of the LRC, to attend the preparatory committee meeting for organizing the annual conference to review the 2025 work results and to set out the work directions for 2026 of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was held under the presidency of H.E. Dr. Academician Hing Thoraxy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers. The purpose of this meeting was to prepare for the organization of the annual conference to review the 2025 work results and to define the work directions for 2026 of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
