H.E. Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Committee for Legal Reform (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend a meeting to discuss the draft Instruction on the Reappointment of Civil Servants and the Arrangement of Officials within the New Organizational Structure of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Ministries, Secretariats of State, and other institutions under the executive branch.
On the Mornig of Monday, 2 March 2026 at the National School of Administration, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Committee for Legal Reform (LRC) and Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, assigned His Excellency Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to participate in a meeting convened by the Secretariat of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government of the Seventh Legislature of the National Assembly (NCPAR).
The meeting focused on the draft Instruction concerning the reappointment of civil servants and the reorganization of officials within the new organizational structure of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Ministries, Secretariats of State, and institutions under the executive branch.
The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Yok Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service and Member of the Executive Sub-Committee (NCPAR), with the participation of representatives from relevant ministries, specialized institutions, and concerned stakeholders.
