His Excellency Ly Chan Tola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Steering Committee (LRC), assigned His Excellency Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend the second meeting of the Committee for the Promotion of Governance in Ministries and Institutions under the executive branch.
On Wednesday afternoon February 24 2026 at the Royal School of Administration, His Excellency Ly ChanTola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, assigned His Excellency Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend the second meeting of the Committee for the Promotion of Governance in Ministries and Institutions under the executive branch.
