H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Pech Sovantharoth, Assistant to H.E. the Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend the training course on Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA).
on the Morning Tuesday, 24 February 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Phnom Penh, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, designated Mr. Pech Sovantharoth, his Assistant, to participate in the training program on Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA). The training was attended by representatives from the General Secretariats and Secretariats of the five reform steering committees, as well as relevant technical units of the ministries leading the five reform areas.
