H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a discussion meeting with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) regarding the establishment of a Legal Data Center at the Office of the Council of Ministers.
On the afternoon of Thursday, 12 February 2026, at the ADB Office, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Vice-President and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by H.E. Pen Buncha, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, along with LRC legal experts, attended a meeting with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) regarding the establishment of a Legal Data Center at the Office of the Council of Ministers. The discussion was held with Mr. Sion Morton, Principal Public Sector Economist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Mr. Tristan Metcalfe, Public Sector Specialist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the establishment of the Legal Data Center of the Office of the Council of Ministers for the storage of legal normative documents, which will allow the public to search and access such legal documents through the Royal Government of Cambodia’s legal website (chbab.gov.kh).
