On the morning of Thursday, 6 August 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Ms. Pen Linna, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to participate in a technical meeting to review and discuss the Draft National Action Plan on the Prevention of Child Marriage and Adolescent Pregnancy (2026–2030).
The meeting was co-chaired by His Excellency Sok Pheng, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and His Excellency Chem Phalla, Deputy Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
The objective of the meeting was to review the Draft National Action Plan on the Prevention of Child Marriage and Adolescent Pregnancy (2026–2030).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Council of the Khmer Language, the Council of Jurists, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
