His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Meak Seiha, legal expert of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to review and discuss the draft report on the work activities of the Office of the Council of Ministers for the 2026 quarterly period.

His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Meak Seiha, legal expert of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to review and discuss the draft report on the work activities of the Office of the Council of Ministers for the 2026 quarterly period.

On the morning of Friday, 8 May 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Meak Seiha, legal expert of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to participate in a meeting to review and discuss the draft report on the work activities of the Office of the Council of Ministers for the quarterly period of 2026.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Chhuy Roeun, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was attended by leadership officials at all levels of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The seminar was chaired by His Excellency LY Chantola and H.E. Yin Sopheap, Head of the Law Department of Norton University, representing the Rector of the university.
The purpose of the seminar was to disseminate information regarding the Royal Government’s Legal Reform Program.
