Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, presided over the Official Launch of the Strategic Framework of the Government’s Reform Program
On this auspicious occasion, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, expressed appreciation and commendation to H.E. VONGSEY Vissoth for his leadership and coordination in formulating the Strategic Framework of the Government’s Legal Reform Program, which was approved and officially launched for implementation by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, himself. Furthermore, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, provided four key priority recommendations to serve as guiding principles and to ensure the effective implementation of this important reform agenda, as follows:
