H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned LRC Legal Specialist Mr. MEAK Seyha to participate in an inter-ministerial meeting. The meeting's purpose was to continue reviewing and discussing the Draft Law on Cybersecurity.
On the morning of Tuesday, 23 December 2025, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC, assigned LRC Legal Specialist Mr. MEAK Seyha to participate in an inter-ministerial meeting. The meeting was held to continue reviewing and discussing the Draft Law on Cybersecurity. It was presided over by H.E. HUY Vannak, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers. The meeting was attended by relevant ministries, specialized institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
