H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), co-chaired a technical expert meeting to review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the establishment of the Techo Sen Fund for Sports for Persons with Disabilities.
On the morning of Tuesday, 23 December 2025, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the LRC, in his capacity as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Second Working Group of the Council of Jurists of the Office of the Council of Ministers, together with H.E. Chhay Khum, Permanent Member of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council, co-chaired a technical expert meeting to review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the establishment of the Techo Sen Fund for Sports for Persons with Disabilities.
The meeting was attended by members of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council, the Council of Jurists, representatives from relevant ministries and specialized institutions, as well as other concerned stakeholders.
